It's pretty common: both of my middle fingers are pretty wonky (they bend like 25 degrees at the top joint). The most annoying thing resulting from it was in nursery where they kept getting me to draw round my hands to improve finger control before noticing it wasn't the drawing that was wrong.

It's not that noticeable unless you put your hands out flat and no-one's really going to examine your hands (apart from the freaky people that do that). It could be an early sign of rheumatism, badly healed wound or just a naturally occurring deformity. Mostly, it occurs with the little finger/pinky an the utmost joint. Good luck and don't worry: at least you don't have a sixth finger (wait, 11th I should say).

yes

yea

i wouldnt worry about it

every1's different

My brothers pinky isnt straight

Yes, don't worry about it! How many people are gonna stare at your fingers? My fingers are pretty long, which i'm conscious about but then i realized, who's gonna look and/or care? :) Plus my cousin's finger bends backwards at the first joint, and the second joint bends forward, but she doesn't care. :) she acctually likes showing people and laughing at their faces. :)

yes, my best friend has it, her pinky finger on each hand is slightly bent, i asked her why and she said it's called 'british finger' lol XD i dunno where she got that from but there nothing wrong with it .. maybe its inherited?

Yeah my friend's pinkies don't straighten (nor do her legs, not completely anyway). One physics lesson when we were bored we decided to try and straighten it by being very forceful. We just ended up damaging it (thankfully I made a cast out of wire mesh heh...VERY helpful as you can imagine) and they still don't bloody straighten!! The pesky buggers. I do find them quite cute though.

It could be the onset of arthritis. Has it always been that way or did it just develop? Does it hurt at certain times? Mine is the same way, but it is caused by arthritis.

haha don't be self conscious most of my fingers have been dislocated, fractured and even split (knife) so much that they are pretty crooked or just bend too far due to longboard bails at high speed, fights, car doors and general stupidity. so its all relative at least you can say at least i don't have that guys hands and feel much better.

AHHAHAHAH
LIRL!!!
not but thats straight creepy
