Gatorade!!

how much vomiting?for how long? what is making you vomit? water is the best.but if you have been vomiting for several days without holding anything down on your stomach then you might want to eat some salt with your food, like clear broth (boulin cubes).if you have only had a few episodes of vomiting then you are probably not dehydrated enough to cause any harm.just drink a lot of fluids and eat a good balanced diet.you will be OK.

Hi,just dont drink anything, water is good as you will be de-hydrated and once you feel better try some Gatorade or something like that. You've got to re-hydrate your body and water is best.Try to eat little and often, not just big meals.
