Depends on who or what is doing the squeezing. The problem isn't the lungs but a fracture or break of the ribs which would punch the lungs.

we use to hyperventilate when we were kids and then have a friend squeeze our chest.. Instant Pass out. We did it for kicks. But not recommended.
