Where can I get a good over the counter sedative?!
Question: I have a horrible fear of public speaking. None of the relaxation techniques work. I'm required to take a Public Speaking class for college... and would like to know of any good sedatives that will calm me, but won't put me to sleep, as well as where I can purchase these. Thanks to anyone who can help me out!

There's not too much over the counter stuff to take. You can take some allergy medicine, it will make you drowzy, though. Try talking to your doctor, because if you get this anxious and nervous, you may be able to get something prescribed for it. Good luck!

The only sedatives I know aren't really sedatives but they make you feel super relaxed after taking them and you can get them over the counter.
Percogesic and Benadryl. Legal high I tell you! O.o
