I would suspect postpartum depression, it could also be exacerbated by your thyroid problems. I did not experience post-partum depression until about two months after my baby was born and at that point I started having many of the same symptoms that you are with major anxiety. I also was on thyroid medication years before and thought it was that, but my thyroid tested pretty normal and was refused medication. I was sent to a psychologist and put on an antidepressant and anti-anxiety medication which seemed to help a bit but I was still lethargic. I think you should tell your doctor you think you have severe post-partum depression and she will run every test in the book and try to treat you as best as she can. Doctors seem to be treating PPD much more vigorously these days because it is a liability and a reality. Good luck!

you could be just stressing out over nother but it is something to be concerned about if it gets worse than i would go to the ER. good luck and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

I am confused as to what the normal dose should be but if you are not pregnant why would it not be what it was prior.
It may not help but did you search Webmd they may have more advice or resources.
