omg i have been on these so called wonder pills for 5 months now !.!.and still getting vile bouts of gas !.!.!.is anyone else here affected the same way !?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No I didnt really get much gas, just really oily and loose poo whenever I ate something fatty!.
But that is a recognised side effect!.

Orlistat is the generic name, brand name is Xenical!. Yes, adverse reactions are oily spotting, flatus with discharge, faecal urgency, fatty/oily stool!.!. not at pretty site!.
