Question: I'm tired a lot!.!?
I'm tired a lot and people can see that!. My eyes are always dark!. I can't sleep very well at night!. I try going to bed earlier sometimes but that doesn't work either!. Sometimes I'm not even tired but you can still see the black circles!. Do you know what I could do to start sleeping well or get rid of the circles or at least cover them up somehow!? The first thing you should look at is your diet, it is the most common reason, and is more often than not, over looked!. You have to ask yourself if your diet is healthy!? You can also look on the internet for energy boosting foods you can try!.
If you have a more serious case you mauy also find that you have an intolerance to certain foods!. Try cutting out wheat (flour) and lactose (dairy), they are the most common and an intolarance can dain you mentally asnd physically, they can also cause bloating and an irritable bowel!. see a doctor about the not sleeping u might suffer from insomnia as for the circles put a cold mask over your eyes when u do sleep or just lay there awhile like that that and really cold cucumbers keep your skin tight around the eyes and thus less likely to show abnormal color and concealer to avon got good eye concealerWww@Answer-Health@Com
Never never take sleeping pills, if there's no problem with your body!. This is due to long term lack of sleeping!. You should start sleeping early and wake up early!. Go for morning exercise to perk you up!. There's a time when your brain "sleeps"!. Your brain needs to rest for the next day's activities!. So, sleep early!.
