Question: I need quick answers on how to stay awake tomorrow!?
Even when I sleep early, I can't stay awake for 3 hours of Math!. What can I do/eat/drink to make me awake!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here are three ways to stay awake in order of extreme!.
1!. Keep stretching during Math class!. Stretch both arms and legs which will reduce lactic acid build up in muscles which causes tiredness!.
2!. Bring Apple Juice to drink during class!. It will give you more sustained energy than coffee or soda!.3!.
3!. When all else fails!.!.!.yank out a leg or arm hair when you feel yourself ready to sleep!. It is extreme but works!. Especially good technique for driving while tired!.
