Question: How long does stomach flu typically last!?
At around 1 one in the morning Friday I started feeling sick!. I had terrible diarrhea and I felt very nauseous!. I ended up throwing up and I haven't eaten up to right now!. (over 24 hours) But I have been drinking water!.

the longest is probably 3-5 days
you have to eat things that soak up, like bread, which will help you feel better!.
lots of sleep and be careful about water because that only fills up your stomach and is a leading factor to diarrhea!. Cos cos is what i ate when i had the stomach flu (those little tiny rice/pasta)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
