Answers:
Stress!.!.!. not enough sleep!.!.!. being under flourescent lights!. You need to find a few minutes to close your eyes, massage your forehead, and relax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be stress, eye strain, Vit E deficiency (take 400IUs 2X/day), often cause isn't known!.

Close eyes for a few minutes!.
Make sure you're hydrated!.

There's really no way to prevent it unless it is a deficiency!.
Take a good multi-vitamin/mineral; Vit!.E; Vit B 50 Complex (good for nerves)!.

Well, I'm only 14, but I know this:
When I'm tired, or have been looking at the same thing for a while, it happens to me!. I researched a little, and well yeah, it's from being tired!. Just make sure you sleep enough I suppose!. Good luck on the test, yuck!

(stress can do it too, but I'm usually most stressed when I'm tired and can't sleep good, so they usually go hand-in-hand)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Typically it is because of stress!. I'd suggest getting and early night and relaxing!. If you really can't do that, do some breathing exercises (concentrate on your breathing and try to relax a little) and it should slow if not abate completely!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
