Its going to hurt and rain pus and blood!. Try holding a warm wash cloth to it as often as possible before you try to pop it!. Its just like a pimple you get on your face!. If you squeeze it before it comes to a head it will just get worse!. (ie bigger and more painful) Get a mirror and get a good look first!. If it looks like its ready to squeeze, then give it a try!. But rememberit will drain and bleed for a while!. Try some benzyl peroxide cream in stead to see if it shrinks to avoid the blood and pusWww@Answer-Health@Com
It pops and sometimes puss like stuff comes out!. You shouldn't pop it though, you should put a hot compress on it, that will soften the skin and the hair should come to the surface, then using tweezers you can gently pluck it out!. If you pop ingrown hair you can get scars!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Had one on my willy years ago, popped it-got the hair out-used neosporin on it to kill off any infection (seemed to help quite a bit)!. the pus etc!. can be a drag, it happens to the best of us!Www@Answer-Health@Com
