how bad is it for you really !?!? are there any studies !?!? my mother in law really drives me nuts with this one !.!. she yells at me whenever i eat a yogurt or anything with aspartame in it !.!. and if i give my kids the yogurt !! OMG i an the devil !! she swears to god that it kills people, and first she said it would give her horrible headaches if she even had a small taste of it !.!. this comes from a woman who drank diet soda 1/2 her life !! now she swears that she is allergic to it !.!. that*s fine is she doesn*t want to have it, but how bad is it really !.!. for me and my kids to have !.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aspartame can cause MS and lupus and that is just the tip of the iceberg!.

Some people are allergic to it!. It makes me sick to my stomach and gives me a headache - since it comes with a warning I would not give it to my kids!. However something is going to kill you at some point!. Sounds like a nosy Mother in law to me!. You should talk to the kids pediatrician also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
