What can I do to help me wake up in the morning?!


Question: What can I do to help me wake up in the morning!?
All I want to do is sleep, even if it's for 12 hours straight!. But what can I do to just get me out of bed!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have a clock-radio which can be set to ring two alarms at different times!. I set one for the radio and the other 10 mins!. later on the obnoxious alarm - the volume becomes louder each minute and reaches the point where I need to cover my ears if I'm within 10 feet of it and my cat runs away to hide!. I keep it in my bathroom!.
Important information for you: it is unhealthy and especially bad for your heart to spend more than 8 hours, and less than 6 hours, sleeping!. You will become awake if, after you use the "loo", you wet your head with cold water!. The next step is to loosen your muscles by dangling your upper body while you attempt to touch your toes and, slowly, do a few knee bends!. Now it's time for a glass of water and then, "hit the road" for a speed-walk of 10 mins!. in each direction - after two weeks of increasing your walking time, you should be able to do 30 mins!. in each direction (if you have the time)!. In the one hour, you can walk five miles - I was doing this when 63 and my mom was doing the same until she was 86!. I was working at my church 30 hours a week and she was working as a Pink Lady at the local hospital for 35 hours a week so, what's your excuse for "nesting" in your bed!? A lazy body creates a lazy mind so get your tail in gear before you miss out on all that life has to offer!. Your energy level will be set to "high" and your body will benefit from the exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont generally feel awake until i have done one of two things 1) step out side or 2) brush my teeth so i need to force myself to get out of bed and walk out onto the balcony first thing in the morning and then id good for the rest of the dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

just put 3 or 4 alarm clocks!. as soon as you wake up leave the house take a walk for 1/2 hour!. later after you come to house drink tea and go to work!. keep yourself out of house more time so you cant sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com
