Actually, you sound like around 90% of all guys - with or without BGF!.

Understand this: YOU are valuable!. Your insights, compassion, feeling, passion, quirks, are YOU!. Embrace them!. They are what make you human!.

MOST of those guys you think have done it, haven't!. Male teens of that age are adept at lying, bc no one wants to be left out of the crowd!. Many of them who have done it, were probably drunk at the time!. So you aren't missing much!.

Focus on your well-being!. Instead of hating what is (and therefore magnifying it and making it worse), look at what CAN BE!. and start to plan towards achieving that!.

You already said you want to lose weight!. So begin with diet!. Don't go the whole hog at once; just pick ONE thing to start out!. It may be you cut out soda!. Or candy!. Or eat three servings of fruit in the mornings to help cleanse your insides!. Baby steps, okay!? And reward yourself each time you make the goal!. From there, you add another, and so on!.

And!.!.!. you don't have to be perfect to have a g!.f, just yourself!. Clearly your friend wasn't bothered by what you think are your short-comings!. If SHE found you okay to know, others will as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have bad OCD too!. You need to go and see someone about this if you dont want it to impact on your life!.
This really isnt a question, so you may have this removed!.!. but good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1st: You're not 'NO ONE'!. Let's get that straight! I know how it feels to have your best friend moved!. But, they're still in your heart and that's also important! They always will be! After leaving my country 18 years ago, I can still call her my best friend!. Despite the fact that we have only seen each other once during this time!. Everything takes time you know!. You have to start believing in yourself!. Take the courage to believe in yourself!. It's all about baby steps!. With 'exercise' for example: go for little short walks once a week / then a couple times a week and build it up!. Eventually take things a little further!. Etc!. The thing is though!. There is somebody out there that likes you for YOU!. A woman doesn't necessarily go for buffed men you know!. There's loads of things you can do to gain some confidence!. Nothing wrong with shyness!. That is always quite sexy and cute!. And try and talk to somebody about how you are feeling!. Don't bottle things up!. But, believe in yourself!!!!! Stay positive!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off!.!. OCD can be a blessing in disguise!.!. some with OCD are very accomplished because they are so obsessive!.
I have a bit of it!.!. my sister has a lot!. But talking to a counselor or psychiatrist could help with that!. Have you talked to one!?
Also!.!. ask about the OCD on the psychiatry area!.!. there may be some psychiatrists or others with similar situations in that dept!. that could help!.
You need to get an excercise routine and obsess over an eating regimen!. Go to the diet section of yahoo and get someone to help you with a diet that caters to your age etc!.
Make a mental note that if you sit around and complain about your weight and do nothing about it then you will gain nothing!. No pain, no gain!. Maybe you need to buy yourself a motivational tape!. Excercise is going to be key to your mental attitude and your physical self!.
As far as the not being motivated regarding the weight: join the club!. I'm an adult and have been dieting off and on for my entire life!. But when you get the results you gain extreme confidence, you feel good!.!. it just changes your entire person!.

Another suggestion: get yourself a journal and make yourself a plan!. Record in it every single day!. Put restrictions and goals in it!. Make this your mission! Further!.!. if what you are doing is not working then change it!.!. and I mean change everything you do!.!. your entire routine!. You can't loose!

Good luck!.!. I'm plugging for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

get your ocd treated and then you can work on the rest of your problems!. i was a job trainer at goodwill and if you get treatment you will get more control over the rest of your life!. Working should give you the skills to work on your shyness!. I've had dozens of people become happy and healthy if you don't just blame your troubles on a treatable condition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with snwbrdch in that you need to start with baby steps!.
There is probably a gym at your school or in your community where you can start working out!. I am not one who likes to work out, but one semester in college, I took a weight training class!. It was great as I didn't have any tests, or papers to write or listen to teachers talking!.
If this makes you uncomfortable, then start walking - small amounts at first, then longer as you get in better shape!.
There is a show on tv called THE BIGGEST LOSER - watch it and perhaps this will help to enspire you when you see these men and women start to get into shape!. They too have had ridacule and issues that lead to their eating and gaining weight!.
I love to watch the show MONK as he plays someone who is OCD!.
As far as love and kissing, you will eventually find someone, sometimes it just takes time!. If you just start out as friends with a girl, then that is a good start!. Enjoy being a friend!. As you get more comfortable being around a girl, then perhaps you can go out on a date!. Just go with the flow and don't let other boys dictate what you should or shouldn't be doing!. ( THEY ARE PROBABLY JUST BRAGGING ABOUT THINGS THEY REALLY HAVEN'T DONE EITHER)!.
You need to learn to like your self and have confidence in your self!.
I don't know if you have ever read what is called DESIDERATA - but it is really beautiful and should be read!.
Let this simple bit of advice guide you in your life!. It is a very ancient piece of advice that is still relevant today!.

Good luck and hang in there - FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

:(!. Just start out with baby steps, since it's almost summer start working out more and more and I bet you'll be in such good shape once the school year starts again and maybe you could go back!?!? Once you start working out and seeing results it'll be really addicting, it's just the motivation to get STARTED!. You'll never regret a workout, you always feel so proud and 10x better once you've done it!.

Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have youth on your side!.!.!.do the things that make you happy see if you are able to work a little more!. I hate to sound like your problem is normal but alot of teenagers have these tendencies!. The thing you seem to let get you down is what is happening with others your age!. Most teenagers lie about being a virgin!. Most teenagers are virgins!. The teenagers that have track records are those that have broken the law and sell sex for money or drugs!. This is out of survival you don't sound like you live in one of these neighborhoods!. More people find out that they stress over the littlest of things and are able to solve their own problems!. You need some guidance, whether it be from a role model or from a clergyperson!. You also need to learn how to pray, there are lots of problems that can be solved with prayer!. Believe in yourself!. First be a friend to yourself!. Like that person you see in the mirror, I know you can do it!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey there!. You really don't have any self confidence!. I see that you call yourself "no-one"!.

First of all, I don't think the OCD is an issue here!. I think it's your confidence!. My kids keep saying I have OCD because I like to keep everything neat and tidy!. It does hurt me when they say that, so I can imagine how you must feel!.

I wouldn't worry about being a virgin and not been kissed because I know that there is someone special out there just waiting to meet you!.

If you are overweight, then I would suggest loosing weight a good place to start because when you start to loose weight, you will feel better within yourself and things will start to improve from there!.

Secondly, you mentioned that you left school!. Why don't you go back to school (a different one), or College!. You need to get a good education behind you and if you don't study now, what chances do you have at getting a good job! Perhaps if you did a counselling course, or a physcology degree or something like that where you could put your experiences at hand to helping other people!. We ALWAYS feel good when we help other people!.

I think giving yourself little targets each day, and doing them will do loads for your confidence and self esteem!.

You could also join a group of other OCD people and I am sure you will meet other people who feel just like you - that way you could meet new people and learn alot about how to handle your illness and how other people handle theirs!.

I am sure if you are really determined to do anything above that I have mentioned, you are bound to start feeling better about yourself!. Just remember, you're not on your own, there are loads of people out there in a similar predicament to you - you just need to find out how they deal with it and how it can help you!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
