You don't give any background about your relationship, but I'm pretty certain no matter what that you should cut off all contact with this person!. That means block his ID, no chatting at all for any reason, no emails!.
Except, you should send one email saying that you believe that he has emotional problems that only a professional can help with, and that you will not talk to him anymore, online or off!.
Then you MUST keep that promise not to talk to this guy anymore!. Ever!. No matter what!.

Based on that, I'd say he is full of **** and has no intention of doing anything, he's just trying to get attention!. That being said, you should call the police or something, I'm sure that would make him think twice about saying something like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
