Type doesn't matter, it is the Rh factor that is the worry, and yours is +, so you are okay!. It is the people with - Rh factor that have to worry!. And even then, if their partner is +, they get a shot so there aren't complications!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No, but the + or - factor can be a problem if the mom and baby are not the same!. I think it's a problem if the baby is + and the mom is -, but I can't remember for 100% sure!.
There's not much you can do to help it, and most of the time the births work out just fine, so it's not something I would worry about!.
The biggest worry with blood types is when you're getting a blood transfusion, because a wrong blood type CAN kill you in a blood transfusion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it doesn't matter what your parent's blood type is, but if you get a transfusion of the wrong blood type it can kill you!.
