Embarrassing problem - could it be because of medication?!

Question: Embarrassing problem - could it be because of medication!?
I have been taking medication for a tooth extraction (unfortunately I can't tell you what it is because I live in Korea and the prescription is all in Korean!) The instructions said to take after food, but I was in so much pain I couldn't eat and took the meds anyway!.

I have since noticed that my urine smells strange - could it be because of the medication and do I need to worry!? Once I stop taken the pills and if I drink loads of water, will it be ok!?

Thanks for your help - I've never experienced or heard of anything like this before!!!

Oh, and I have no other symptoms to suggest a UTI!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should see a list of side effects in the leaflet that came with a box!. We can't tell you for sure without the name of the medication, but there is a chance it could do this!.

It can also smell stronger if you're dehydrated, so drink a lot of water with your tablets!.It could also be because of UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) which could need an antibiotic!.

If they're meant to be taken with food they may irritate your stomach lining or cause bleeding - like aspirin!. I would try to drink a lot of water with these tablets, or even better eat what you can, even if it's just a smoothie or something!.

Edit: Oh, sorry I just realised you mentioned it was probably not a UTI in your question!. Watch out for feverishness and loss of appetite anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Medications can change your urine for numourous reasons!.!.!. 1!. because your body can't absorb it, so it's coming out
2!. your body is getting rid of infection 3 your urine can smell because if you are not eating or drinking you may be dehydrated a little!. Usually you take meds with food or after food because it may upset your stomache!. Not really any other reason!. So don't worry and drink lots of fluid!. Water helps your body heal faster than anything!. It boosts your immune system which is greater than any medication you can take!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it's probably because of the medication!. I don't think it is anything to worry about, but I know sometimes certain medications will cause urine odors!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Certain medications change your body's chemistry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
