Question: Does anyone know some common side effects of abusing Percasets (sp!?)!?
my friend says she takes them for back pain but lately i have noticed that she looks tired all the time and sometimes will start to fall asleep while doing something!. sometimes she you can ask her a question and a second later she won't remember what you asked, and she says she is itchy all the time!. i know it is allergy season and i don't want to make any assumptions but are there any ways to tell if someone is not using them like they should or if there are any other drugs (prescription or otherwise) that might cause those kind of side effects!. i know she used to do drugs and now she says she hasn't in a long time but i can't help but be suspicious!. I just want to make sure she is okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Itching when taking a drug like Percocet means she's allergic to to the drug!.
If she gets itchy only when taking Percocet, she must stop the Percocet IMMEDIATELY!. Or ANY drug!.
I do NOT think you would be out of line asking her if she only gets itchy when she's takes any drug!. If she says yes, tell her to stop ANY drug that makes her itchy, no matter what it's for!.

It's almost impossible for anyone to guess if she's actually having back pains unless she tells you and she's not lying!. Being itchy is a common side effect of Percocet, as with any other narcotic!. Same goes for drowsiness!. These side effects can happen whether you take more than prescribed, or exactly as prescribed!. It's depends on the person!. Percocet is a very addictive drug and she could very well be addicted to them!. The best thing you can do is talk to her about it, if it's possible!. You could casually mention that if she has that many side effects, she should try talking to her doctor about it and maybe he can prescribe something else!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Death! that is the big one, there is also a risk of heart attack, stroke, and the list goes on if you abuse Sleeping Pills you will die!. it does not matter who you are or how careful you are you will die!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
