Question: Whats wrong when you see red flecks in your snot!?
Okay, I know, gross question!. But, I came down with something out of no where the other day and was running a fever yesterday!. I feel very congested, in my head!. I'm sneezing a lot and I saw red flecks in my snot!. I'm thinking it's blood and wondering if I should be concerned!. I know I have an infection because the snot is yellow and not clear!. So can anyone shine some light on my gross question, thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The red flecks are little bits of blood!. This is very common when one has a cold, allergies, or sinus infection!. The skin within your nose is very thin and breaks easily!. This is not something serious!. However, since you are running a fever and seem to have an infection, a trip to the doctor is recommended to clear things up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You sound like you are getting a sinus infection!. Keep your nose clear by blowing it out constantly!. If the mucus stays in your sinus cavity it can cause a build up of bacteria!. Go see a Doctor to be sure!. I am sure the red flecks is some blood but it's nothing major!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
