Why do i gasp for air when I have a cold shower?!


Question: Why do i gasp for air when I have a cold shower!?

The blood vessels in our body constricts (a condition known to make the blood vessels bury them selves within the center of the body to keep the blood warm!. Most of the cells in our body become short of oxygen!. most of the oxygenated blood that is pumped is also redirected in the coronary arteries to provide more oxygen for the heart as it will need to pump blood twice as much now!. !.!.!.!.and we start to gasp for breath as the pulse rate increases!.
Our muscles start shivering causing friction to keep the body warm!.!.!.for this a lot of oxygen is needed for the respiration and movement to produce heat, we start breathing faster and in more depth to meet the high demands for oxygen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is a shock for your nervous system!. Why not start off with a warm level and turn the heat down gradually!. Why a cold shower, anyway!? Even when hot, a warm shower is more invigorating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
