1-2 minute cat naps??!

Question: 1-2 minute cat naps!?!?

I've been getting extremely tired at work this week and I'll find myself falling asleep for 1 - 2 minutes every 2 hours or so!. Then when my phone rings to wake me up I feel energized like I got an extra hour of sleep!.!.!. Why is that!? (6!.5 hours of sleep last night)Www@Answer-Health@Com

for some people that's all you need!. For me if I take a nap it ends up being four hours and I still feel exhausted so consider yourself lucky!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
