Is there a way to stop or lessen ringing in your ears?!
Question: Is there a way to stop or lessen ringing in your ears!?
Last night we had a little mishap with a potato in the microwave and the smoke detector went off!. We live in a studio apartment that doesn't have the greatest air flow so despite our best efforts, it took almost 5 mins for the alarm to stop sounding!.
My fiance snores so I normally sleep with ear plugs in!. Last night when I put them in I realized my ears were ringing pretty badly!. It sounded like an annoying high pitched tone!. There was no way I could sleep with them in like that, so I turned on a fan for white noise and ended up not sleeping very much at all!.
Is there anyway to stop or lessen the ringing or do I pretty much have to let it run it's course!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well fr me just stick those thingys in your ear & move it around (clean it!? haha XD) if that dosent work just let it run its course it will stay for MAXIMUM a week if more see a doctor or somethig!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
