i think it might have summat to do with your stomach muscles or that the skin is a little thinner!. my friends mum had a c section 24 years ago and hers still hurts so id see the doc if i were uWww@Answer-Health@Com
I wouldn't no because i haven't had any but i might be cos' you are sneezing that your muscles contract so there might be a little scar tissue or something :s
