I once drank almost 64 oz of apple juice over a 15-minute period (break at work -- I was really thirsty)!.

colon isnt something you wanna mess with!. expecially if you have something wrong- you could make it worse
Talk to your doctor and see what they sugest and maybe ask to be sent to a gastrologist

The best cleanser is food itself!. Eat more vegetables, especially those rich with cellulose!. There are lentils, string beans!. You don't have to buy medicines!. What you buy, you even enjoy eating!. Even fruits are best!. Try pineapple, apples (and keep the doctor away), grapes, even dried plums!. See yourself grow and glow!Www@Answer-Health@Com
