10 - being completly happy in your skin, you dont care what others think, you love and accept yourself for who you are!.
1 - being you hate to to look in the mirror because you are so unhappy with your body!.

I have days when I feel happy with the way I am, and others where I look it the mirror and want to cry!. I agree, society puts way too much pressure on people to be perfect, which is ridiculous!.

I'm 10 out of 10 and I'm 18 stone 6ft and yes slightly over weight!.

I would say a 8, the only thing I am unhappy with is my boob size but when you think about it look all those models they have not much boobs but they are still clasified as prettyWww@Answer-Health@Com
