Question: Why am i always soo cold AND my hands and feet have awful circulation!?
it will be like 75 in the room and i am shivering and hands and feet are colder then ice--i have to run them under cold water since no hot water at work and the cold water feels like hot water to my hands----what could be wrong with me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body fat might actually be to low or you might be anemic!.
I use to be underweight and would always be cold, I went to the docs and they found out I was anemic!. I was put on iron supplements and other medication!.
I tried for like 2 years to put weight on and finally did!.!.!.!.I'm perfectly normal now (not cold)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since it sounds like you work out so much, you probably have zero fat, fat insulates the body!. You may need to get your fat levels up again to a normal range or start wearing sweaters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You are lack of exercise and healthy diet!. You are right your blood should circulate normally!.
