What time should i be sleeping?!


Question: What time should i be sleeping!?
im 11 years old and im turning 12 in December!.
i weigh 98!.4 lbs and i sleep around 12 am!. and i have to wake up at 7am!.

How many hours of sleep should I get and are there any tips on how to sleep easily!.

im going into grade 7 next year and what time do grade seveners fall asleep at!?

i sleep at 9:30 and fall asleep at 10:00!. and wake up at 7am for sschool then you wil get 9 hours and 30 minutes of sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com

As you age you need less and less sleep but now your at the age where you need 8-9 hours of sleep so i suggest going to bed at 10:00 or 10:30!. Im in year 12 and im a very bad example because i go to bed around 1:00 am and when i wake up at 7:30 i feel crap!. If i dont have too much homework i manage to get to bed at 11!. Most of my friends go to bed at 10:30 so their minds can actually work the next day whilst im usually a zombie!.
Get as much sleep as you can whilst you still can!. Trust me staying up late when your older is not fun at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to get into a routine so that you don't go to bed at 12 one night and then at 9 the other!. If you do that then your body will be confused and will not sleep very easily!. I would say that around 9 is a good time for someone your age!. 12 is too late! It is important to get enough sleep when you are young and working at school the whole day!. If you don't sleep then you can't concentrate in class and your teachers will be angry because your grades are going down!. You will also of course be very tired! I think going to sleep at 22:00 is the right time, because you need to relax so you can feel, behave and think well the next day!. I had and still have serious problems with this!. I'm always stressed, have headaches, and I feel bad the next day if I don't sleep well!. You can't imagine how important and necessary sleeping is!.
But in summer time you can be up to 23:00 or a bit more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
