Oh only at random I usually just like to sing along to one of my rock songs cause I love moving along to the beat and flow of the song!.
And Well idk,vitamins are needed for our bodys and if not tooken can well lead to your body not being able to maintain homeostasis!.
Also I don;t take vitamins normally but they're found in many juices etc you or I drink which just take a look at the lables and see!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i don't sing in the shower, maybe its just like you are relaxing!. I know people who does that!.
Well, you have to drink/take vitamins to supplement the nutrients in your body!.
