well my friend had a stomach bug yesterday!.!. and I was with her today!.!. but i didnt have much contact!.!. I have no symptoms though!.!. but I feel really nauseas and I keep passing really bad smelly gas (sorry, gross, I know!.!.) does this mean I caught something from her!?!? i'm really nervous!!!!!!!! please help!!!!!!!!!!

I'm super scared of throwing up so I always go into freak out mode if someone around me has a bug! I've actually never caught it before because I'm really good at washing my hands often to reduce the risk of catching anything!. But!.!.!.!.I get so nervous about possibly getting it that I get really nauseous and my stomach gets the bubble guts which makes me gassy and poopy!. I think that may be what's wrong with you too!. If you try doing breathing exercises it really helps you calm down and stop feeling sick!. Well my first question is are you lactose intolerant, and if you have had any dairy today!. If not then might be a good chance you might have a mild case of the bug!.!.or your just being little sensitive!. usually it takes between 3 and 7 days for a virus to show up!. You might have caught it the same place she did!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
