Probably just ur circulation!. It should'nt itch unless it's being cut off or slowed down somehow!. Be sure that your pants, waistband, socks and/or shoes are not too tight!. If that doesn't fix it you shuld get your circulation checked by the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depends on a few things!. Where you ran (near poison ivy/oak)!? The weather, your skin (if dry), the blood flow, maybe something you ate prior!? You can put some lotion on and if that doesn't help, try anti-itch cream!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You might have dry skin!. I have dry skin and sometimes when i exercise i itch all over!. (Well thats what used to happen, i moisturise now!) Try using a moisturising lotion and see if that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yeah that other girl is right!. blood flow could be it!. also if you walk in shorts, the wind could be bothering them!. like making them chaffed a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
