How to eat when you are sick?!


Question: How to eat when you are sick!?
I am sick, Because i had a graduation today and i was rushing!. I didnt eat breakfast or lunch, Now its pretty bad and whenever i see food think about it or eat it!. I Have this feeling like im gonna throw up!. i tried eating things and it was really hard!. in my mouth it tastes very bad even though it isn't!.

what or how should i eat, so it will fill me up but not make me gag!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

its just nerves, you should forget about eating for today and drink a cup of ginger tea to calm your stomach and later, a cup of camomile tea to calm your nerves!. tomorrow you will feel better and be able to eat again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

some crackers and gingerale,
or have the BRAT diet thing, eat like a banana, have some rices, an apple, or toast!.
the only thing that might be appealing to you though is rice,
or even chicken broth,
nothing with all the carrots and that in it, it might make you feel even worse!.

Try eating plain crackers, and drink some ginger ale, tea, or water!.!.You have to stay hydrated!.!.!.Then go to toast and gradually work your way back up to your other foodWww@Answer-Health@Com

dont eat crakers, cuz then its all gonna mush up in ur mouth and make it feel like a turd, but u can eat soup, smothie, yogurtWww@Answer-Health@Com

Soda crackers, seven up, Saltines, Fresca, any clear uncola, ice chips, Campbells' chicken noodle soup sometimes!.!.!. expecially if you really are sick!. dry toast, might even want to try buttermilk if you aren't put off by it!. If this keeps up for very long, you at the very least will dehydrate!.!.so keep an eye on it!.!.(ha, as if its not constantly on your mind) and see a doctor if it goes on for another day or two!. It could be that because you didn't put anything in your gut for awhile, that your stomach acids backed up and into your esophagus!. You might try tums, or rolaids or somekind of generic equate antacid tabs!. popcycles, jello, plain rice!.!.!.with a little salt and pepper if you can stand it!. Try relaxing if at all possible, maybe with some insense that you like!.!.!. wear your favorite cologne or perfume!.!. something that you enjoy smelling!. Those little round crackers that mom use to put in tomato soup might work!. Stay away from acidy things, like oranges, and tomatoes!.!.!. salsa, colas, aspirin!. Don't slap me for this one, but "Im told", that rolling a certain kind of tobacco cigarette may increase your apettite a little!. Take it slow!.!. Your system will tell you when you are ready to eat normal foods!. You will have cravings for McDonalds, BurgerKing, Wendys, The Golden Corral etc!.!.!. Your nerves probably played hell with ya too, as you have been thinking about graduating for a few years, and it's finally here!. Congratulations!.!.!.!.Yeeeaahhhhhh!.!.!.!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
