Allergies or a Cold?!
Question: Allergies or a Cold!?
I've been sneezing, have a runny nose, and having headaches!. Could it be allergies or a cold!? I took allergy medicine, Alavert, doesn't seem to be working!. Which one could it be!? Should I take sudafed or continue taking the Alavert!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is probably due to allergy!. I will recommend how to manage
1!.Try to avoid any factor that is known to you that can cause allergies in you!.
2 If it has been recurring you have to take a course of treatment for about 3 months!.
3!.For immediate effect -take Syrup Actifed 1-1 1/2 tea spoons tthree times daily for 3-5 days ant Dexamethasone tablets 2 three times for 3 days,and Paracetamol three times
a day for 3 days!.
4 As long term treatment take Beconase or similar steroid Nasal Inhalation for 3 months!.
5!.If their is fever get a blood count done and do not take
the Dexamethasone mentioned in 3 above

It depends on what color the mucus is coming out your nose!. It immediately sounds like allergies and quite likely you would need to seek medical help to get it under control!. And if the mucus is greenish you will still need to seek medical help because that would quite likely be an infection, requiring antibiotics!. Either way, hope you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
