I just bought liquid chlorophyll 100mg from a brand called World Organic!.
I am dealing with some body odor issues now and heard some people say this stuff could help me!.
I am 17 years old so its safe right!? and their is not overdose problems!?
also is 100mg to low!? or is it a good amount!?
also whats stronger the stuff i bought or this one!?

Taking a table spoon of liquid chlorophyll every morning is fine and there is very little danger of overdosing!. If you overdose you would probably get the runs!.
