How can I prevent myself from waking up too early?!


Question: How can I prevent myself from waking up too early!?
Sometimes I wake up too early!. I'm talking about anywhere from 3-5 AM!. How can I prevent myself from waking up this early!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Consider the time when you first go to sleep!. If your going to sleep about 6-8 pm then you'll of course probably wake up early!. Everybody is different but the average adult only needs 7-8 hours of sleep, unlike children!.

In any case you may have to get your circadian rhythm back on track!. One of the best ways to do this is NOT to take a nap throughout the day!. Wake up and stay up until it is time to go to bed for the night!. Set a time for which you would like to get up each day and plan for 7-8 hrs of sleep, allowing an additional 30 mins in order to fall asleep!. So if you want to get up at 7am then you need to make sure your in bed by 10:30pm!. You must be consistent with the time you set so your body develops a pattern which may take up to a few weeks or a month or so!. But consistency is key, and any deviation and you'll constantly throw your body rhythm off and notice you may feel tired all the time!.

If you have trouble falling asleep read a book, listen to music, reduce the noise and light around you, take a warm shower/bath, sleep with a fan on (white noise), drink warm milk or water (not TEA b/c unless decaf it has caffeine which will keep you up), don't drink any caffeniated drinks or heavy foods at least 2-3 hrs before bed!.

If all these measures fail then a trip to your doctor may be in order to possibly discuss pharmacological measures!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

make sure all lights are out because your mind isnt fully rested unless it is dark since ur mind comprehends when the lights are on, its time to be awake!.!.!. also maybe try drinking warm drinks before bed or milk!. and sleep comfortably! make sure you have a nice comforter or blanket and a soft pillow!.
it might also be ur mattress!.!. i have a sleep number bed and its great!.!. i can also change the postition!.
but i would suggest comfort and lights off!Www@Answer-Health@Com

what i did was stay up all night and day to get back on an schedule so i drunk as much caffenine as i could!. so try staying up all night and day and when you feel tired!.!. sleep
