A hobo!? You don't have to be a "hobo" in the USA to not be able to afford health care!. Millions of Americans cannot go to the doctor because of financial restrictions!. When they do end up in the emergency room, they are usually treated, and then hounded for months for the money by collections agencies, until finally their credit is ruined!. The ER will end up declaring it a loss and writing it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Usually the ER winds up taking the cost as a loss!. If it happens too many times the ER may close and just have Primary and Specialist care facilities, which are not required by law to treat anyone who can't pay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
some ho-bo's have money!. they just choose their lifestyle to be a ho-bo!. Most generally the state pays for underinsured !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
