How much exercise!? We are too sedentary!. In the past people had to physically work very hard to survive!. Food was short and we needed to burn extra calories to enjoy a normal lifestyle!. If you are sweating profusely for 30 minutes a day it is good, but in the past people sweat all day long from morning to dusk!.
How is exercise related to sleep!? People worked so much they were physically exhausted at the end of the day, and they slept well after sundown!. The body is a dynamic mechanism!. If you are treating it badly it will talk back!.
Gluttony and laziness are not conducive to a healthy body!.
Change your diet, and get out and exercise!. Begin with slow changes in your habits and gradually become a holistic person!. It is easier than you might think!.
