Question: What should I do in this situation!?
How do you report a Dr who was beyond unprofessional!? If he is in a practice w/ other Drs how do I go about finding out who his supervisor is!? And is that who I talk to about it!? I'm not sure !?!?

That depends on how far you wish to take your compliant!. If he is in a practice with other doctors, a call to the office to inquire who is the senior partner will give you that person, and you can put a complaint there!.
It may or may not do any good!. The next step is to file a complaint with the state medical board, and or the AMA if the doctor is a member!.
You can also call your state's Attorney General's office and you can lodge a legal complaint there!.
If you want to go an extra step, contact an attorney in regard to a possible malpractice suit!.

Not a very strong argument, people like to sue doctors all the time!.
Go find a medical lawyer if you can prove he is unprofessional!.
At my father's hospital, some fat idiot got 1!.6 million out of suing the hospital because she asked for chicken fingers, but instead received chicken nuggets!.
