Question: How can I flip my sleeping time back!?
Its summer, so I've gotten into the habit of saying up all night, and going to bed at 10 in the morning!. I wake up right before my parents come home so they don't know I've slept all day!. I'm have a little insomnia, so if I'm not tired I don't go to sleep!. If I tried to fall asleep at a normal time like 10 at night I'd lie in bed for twelve hours then fall asleep at 10 in the morning!. Any suggestions on how I can flip it back!? Would skipping sleep for a day so I can be tired at night help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
