if you jumped and landed hard and the impact was on your feet then sure you can have other body parts affected

just think about how your spine moved or was jarred when you landed, and other parts of your body would follow suit for sure

Yes, it can!. If you go by the principles of reflexology, basically there are points in your feet that are associated with the seven chakras of the body!. I suppose if the foot was hit hard enough in a certain area, you could feel pain in the corresponding organ (s)!.
