i am a girl ,age twelve with a masterbation problem!. I do it with the heel of my foot!. how do i stop! please help!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

make you u always remind yourself to do it with somemthing else!.!.write it on ur heel or somewhere u'll look when doing it!. punish and reward yourself based on ur accomplishments, old psychological trick!.
