Are MRI scans really that scary!?
I have to take one for my ear(s) tomorrow and if my ear is already damaged, I think that they are just going to damage it even further with the booming sounds!.

I've had an MRI scan once and they aren't that bad!. The Radiographer that does the MRI scan will give you some ear phones or something to block some of the noise!. I'm sure they wouldn't do the scan if it was going to cause you more problems!.

They will give you ear protection !.!. they are not that loud once you have all the 'gear' on!. They wouldn't do the procedure if it were going to make your ears worse!.

its really small; so i hope you aren't claustrophobic haha!. it does make loud sounds,but its not that bad!.i think they gave me something to put over my ears!. ull be ok i had one when i was 14!.
