How to fall asleep sooner....?!


Question: How to fall asleep sooner!.!.!.!.!?
Every night for about the past 2 weeks I've been going to sleep at 11:00!. I can't fall asleep any sooner because I'm not tired!. Once school starts I will have to get up at 5:30 and I personally need at least 9 hours of sleep!. How do I fall asleep sooner!? Anything that will relax me and make me tired!? And I'm not going to drug myself!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you really want to get to sleep, listen to calming music before going to bed or do more exercise in the daytime!. Night Nurse (<<extreme solution) and herbal/calming teas are also recommended!. Horlicks is tasty and helps you get to sleep :)

So when i think its time i just
Lay down turn everything off
In my room -computer light
Tv etc!.- & i put my countryy
Cd on & just lay there listenin
To it & it works sooo good!

You should try it & if not country
