Competitive gaming and health?!

Question: Competitive gaming and health!?
Before you get mislead by the question, this is more an inquiry about a personal experience of mine, and not a generalized question on of gaming on health!.

I am a calm gamer for the most part!. I don't throw temper tantrums if I lose, I don't break controllers, nothing like that!. I am not a sore loser and I don't have any kind of rage like that!.

However, it seems like whenever I am playing a competitive player-vs-player game I begin to become hot, a little sweaty, dry mouthed, and even a bit of weakness (shuttering knees when going down the stairs afterwards)!. I can drink a ton of water afterwards as I feel dehydrated!. Remember I am fine when playing a game against an AI, so it's not a condition related to video games either!.

Overall it's kind of like the same feeling you get after you just jogged for a short period of time!. I am curious on what exactly this sensation is/caused by when playing games online!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Sounds to me like the feeling you're getting is from the effects of adrenaline!. This is a hormone that is released when your body is experiencing stressful or exciting situations!. Often as the effects wear off- such as when the game is over, you can feel weak or shaky!. The dehydrated feeling may simply be due to excessive sweating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is completely normal you were probably just nervous and wanted to beat your buddy really bad which is fine being competive and playing online feels just like playing agaisnt an AIWww@Answer-Health@Com
