Question: How do i make myself vomit!?!?
I went to a party last night at ate too much cake, so i promised myself i wouldnt eat anything today but i ate pasta!. Other than sticking a toothbrush down my throat as iv tried that and couldnt do it!.

do you really think that helps you get pretty it doesn't help anything but makes you sick it makes you loose your body structure the form your hair falls out and your teeth go bad you really want to loose weight then buy the small plates serve yourself the big table spoon size of food on that little plate make sure you have veggies,meat or some kind of protein and bread one or two slices eat like this three to four times a day do what you do every day and snack on fruit during the day Www@Answer-Health@Com
