Question: How do i get rid of my acne!? How do i stop being stressed out! HELP PLEASE!?
im momo and i have acne all over my face!. i get stressed out at my BF for hanging with other girls, not me!. can anyone tell me how to stop acne!? can anyone tell me how i can't be stressed!. my school starts next tuesday, i want my acne gone be4 then, i use proactiv but nothing happens! Acne is just a fact of life!.
Use MILD facial cleansers, and reduce your intake of wheat gluten, fats, sugar, preserved foods!. (Go organic and cut the fats)!. Increase your intake of WATER (dump all sodas, especially diet ones)!. Get at least 1 gallon of water every day!.
That will HELP - It won't halt the acne altogether!.
Make sure you get at least 30-60 minutes EVERY DAY of vigorous exercise and clean that face right afterward!.
This will help the stress AND the acne!.
Last, if the bf is hanging with other girls more than you, then he isn't really your bf - kick to curb and get higher standards for the next one!

I bought this cream at Walmart called Zapit and it only costs about $5!. It gets rid of acne within 2 days or so and totally got rid of my blackheads!. Just make sure you have a daily routine of washing your face morning and night and DON'T TOUCH YOUR FACE!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try using skin ID it made personally for u!.it is for only your acne and it gives you numbers to identify your acne and only yours!. i hope i helped you google it they don't have it stores you will have to find the number online or if you happen to catch the commercial thats great!. good luck!.
