If you get a headache when you awake, its a good thing you can't sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's your body's way of telling you that you need to get more sleep!. You probley have too much on your mind and that's a certain way for your body to vent everything out!. If you can't fall asleep that's the cause of your headach and tiredness in the morning!.
When it comes time for bed just lay down and close your eyes for a while and you will eventually fall asleep!. As you get more sleep each night your headachs will start to decrease!. If you still have trouble sleeping and the closing your eyes and laying down isn't working, try laying down and watching tv till you pass out!.
You'll be fine!. :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

tiredness and headaches probably due to lack of good quality sleep!. There are many reasons why you cannot fall asleep; maybe stress!?, something bothering you!?!. Maybe you also need to create a more conducive environment for sleep; for example the right temperature, better pillow!. Drink a glass of warm milk!. Do not exercise when it is too late at night, etc!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
