Bone related question.?!

I've had this really bad pain in my hip for almost a week now and i'm not totally sure why!. I don't think i did anything to cause it but the pain is really severe!. It sends shocks down to my knee and is like a constant cramp in my top leg!. I sometimes get pins and needles in my foot!. I have been to a physio therapist, GP and hospital and have all given me different causes but i am still without an answer!. There reasons all included a trapped nerve, deformed hip, ligament, muscle or disease of the hip!. I am going for another x-ray tomorrow but just feel confused now!. Has anyone had these symptoms before and if you have, please enlighten me on whats happening!?
