ok well i got on tonight because im freaked out!. well tonight was the worst ever!. but lets back up a little!. ok well every night i start to have mucus in my throat and then the middle of my chest always feels like theres weight pushing against it and it just hurts!. Well tongiht i was asleep for like three hours and then i woke up and my nose was all congested and mucus all in my throat and my chest hurt so bad and felt like there was alot of weight pushing against it!. Then i sucked it up and wen tback to sleep but i was only asleep for five minutes and then i couldnt breathe at all while i was half asleep!. i was gasping for air and then i woke up and i felt all congested!. What do i do!? and do i have allergies!? how can i fix this so it doenst happen again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you probally have so much phlemn in your throat and you need to get it out!.you sinus es are probally draining down into your chest causing you not to breath to good,if you cough it up you will breath better!.benedryl is good to dry your sinuses up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
