Question: Nasals Conjested Need Solutions!?

I am trying to sleep, but when I lye down and put my head on the pillow my nasals just completly block, Then if i stand up there fine!. , Ive taken Dristan but it dosnt work, i have breath rite strips on and it dosnt help!. ANY ADVICE HELPSWww@Answer-Health@Com

I bet you are sleeping on either a feather pillow or a latex foam one!. Youe are allergic to both!. Get rid of the pillow(s) and get a non-allergenic one or two!. Had the same problem!. Would wake up in the morning with a hangover without the fun the night before!. Also buy an over-the-counter product called"Ayr" It is a salt solution spray!. Give a couple of blasts up each nostril and blow!. It should help to clean out any grobbies up there!.
