What specific ingredient in night time cold medicine would keep me awake?!


Question: What specific ingredient in night time cold medicine would keep me awake!?
The past few years whatever I take wires me bad!. Nyquil and Dimatap(spelling!?) is bad!. And something else I took my husband said works great for him, I took once!. I just lay there all night, feeling wired, and not sleeping!.

Do you have any idea what the ingredient would be that I need to stay away from!?

anti histamines can keep you awake!. Usually night time medicine has less of it or non of it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
